Looks like a hooded oriole in breeding plumage. You're in San Francisco so
it's the right territory too.
I live in Saratoga near San Jose, and I've never seen one of these. Of
course my usual haunts are near the Bay or in the Eastern Sierras, so I
probably missed this oriole's usual brushy, lower elevation habitat.
