I just bought a nicely working IIIF. It seems I know of several people that
have just recently picked up a screw mount camera. Personally, I'm enjoying
it a lot, its fun to shoot and the Elmar 3.5 is a really nice lens. I use it
a lot with the VC 21. Its fun.

Nice camera. I really like the black paint III series.

I have a IIIc, chrome. According to the serial number it should be from
the
first batch Leica produced when they resumed production after the war.
