Alex, The record companies are far too busy these days doing their very best
to make sure no one plays you their latest "hit" without their permission to
worry about a station playing boots..

Regards.

Bootlegs?  No cease and desist from the FCC or record companies?

We've actually got a small town station in Northern Colorado that I hear
Klaatu on pretty regularly. Their motto is "Playing lost tracks,
forgotten artists, deep cuts, b-sides, bootlegs and just about anything
that we like."

I agree that it is always a happy surprise when I happen to catch one!
