Hi Terry -
I need to take down my R8 and am willing to part with it for a reasonable (low)
cost.
It was originally installed on the top of a tower at my roofline (without guys)
by Harold Macfarlane and the base section broke about a year later. Due to my
inexperience, I put it up again but closer to the ground and it has never
functioned well though the antenna checks out (i.e. no damage). Cushcraft
provided a new base section without charge but warned me about the importance
of guying. It has been guyed since I put it up.
I can't take it down for the sale on November 14th but can I list it or
anything like that?? Do you have any alternative suggestions?
