Hint: In the address book, define a copy of the notags with an alias of
ecartis@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, then you will not be able to send to
ecartis@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, as the message will instead go to notags.  On
the other hand, if you ever want a message to go to
ecartis@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, you will need to disable that entry!
