[JA] Why is Juno blocking Tourbus??

The following messages are in regard to my Tourbus subscription that Juno
seems to be blocking as of July 8th. Is anyone in this same situation?
And who, as in human, can I complain too?? Auto responders don't cut it.
BTW I've been with Tourbus through & with Juno about the same length of
time.
Why a block now after several years???
