Hi Robin, Julian, Leslie, and All,

Yep, right address Robin... but don't think it works any longer. But
here's the last "official" word on the limits from Juno that I can
remember...

Dear Juno Member,

Juno is making some important changes to its e-mail policies in order to
enhance the service for its growing number of users. These changes will
become effective for your free e-mail account on October 7, 2002. [Note
they later changed this to Nov 1, 2002]

Storage and attachment size:
The storage size on your free e-mail account will be reduced from 5 MB to
2 MB. This will allow you to store approximately 1,000 average sized text
e-mails. Mail that you have stored on your computer will not count toward
this limit. The size limit on e-mail attachments will be reduced from 3
MB to 2 MB.

Once your mailbox reaches the 2 MB storage limit, you will still be able
to send messages, however you will not be able to receive new messages.
[Until after you do a download of your mail, then you'll be able to get
more... GL]

Juno Platinum e-mail accounts are not affected by these policy changes.

If you have any questions, please visit our online help site at

Sincerely,
Juno Online Services
