We only administrate the Webmail program and as such do not have direct 
access to your primary e-mail servers.

We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience that you 
may be experiencing.  We are performing an upgrade.  You can expect some
issues with logging in, including site slowness and inaccessibility and 
mail delivery delays, until this migration is completed.  Once the 
migration to the new infrastructure is complete, you will experience 
more reliability and faster delivery of mail.

At the time you wrote in, the site was having issues.  Your experience 
should be much better at this time.

Your issue has also been escalated to the appropriate department. You 
will be notified as soon as the issue is solved.

For the past 2 days I have been unable to get new webmail on this 
account or my other account (lesliesgottlieb@xxxxxxxx). I am able to 
send e-mail however.

I don't know if there is something wrong with Juno webmail or if this a 
problem specific to the location I am attempting to get webmail from 
(firewall issues.)

Can you look into this.
