Not if you have your internet properties set high enough in security. Sure, the mail opens, but anything which executable does not if set high. I am not a computer genious, so I cant give all the particulars of WHY this is, but it works for me. Only a couple times over the years (with email only) has anything come through successfully. And then it was caught by AVG before it could do damage. But the vermin keep trying. I see a day when they might just get it and really screw things up for us email addicts. This last few month's this has all gotten kinda crazy. I dont believe the people out there who use OE and other mail clients really know how many of them are infected and sending out. And if what I see is any indication, (IF possible) the bugs being sent our are mutating on their own!? Again, I dont know how this would be possible. Yet I notice that they change, from content to byte size as they become more numerous.
