[JA] Attachment created instead on inline text on reply in webmail?

Howdy y'all!
It's been AGES since I posted to this list but I still read all posts so I know
some of you are still around from when the list was VERY active and it was my
MAIN source of emails! LOL! Back in the days before I had even dial-up internet
and used Juno to "surf"...now I've gotten spoiled with DSL...oh well...and now
I just use webmail interface but still pay for megamail just in case I'd ever
use my old Juno 4 method...but that's been a few yrs since I did.
Anyway...what REALLY bugs me is when I reply to a email, and it creates an
attachment instead of inline text so it makes it impossible to quote parts of
it...I'm guessing it's when the email has "rich text" but Yahoo is able to let
me select mode (rich vs plain) so what about Juno? Am I forced to do a
cut/paste to solve this? Any ideas?
