当前cwebv目录下子目录example
中的一个c文件，即
./cwebv/example/hello.c
infile=open(a, "r");
在当前目录中执行子目录中的
一个文件，即在infile=open(a, "r");
中，他们的当前目录发生了
变化，此时infile指针为NULL，
这是为什么？应该怎么办？
