[jsonar] soft synth dialog box

hello to every body,
i have a problem with setting the piano. i work with TTS-1 in sonar.
when i go to the insert menu and choose the soft synth and finally
choose my synth track it creates one track instead of two track.
and, the result that it doesn,t work.
my keyboard is turned on and set true because when i did this action
this worked well. but, in a couple of days before it starts do this
problems.
