As you suggest, it’s a remodel of the default aircraft.
The Zibo Mod improves the rather lacklustre default aircraft and vaults it to
PMDG status.
There are often 3 upgrades a week, development supported by both, 737 pilots
and training captains.
Search for Flightdeck2sim on youtube for some unbiased professional opinion.
