I hope I understand your question correctly. If you are simply asking how to create a bookmark, do the following: 1. Locate the PC cursor where you want the bookmark; 2. Press Alt plus I (for insert) followed by "K" (for bookmark); 3. Just type in the bookmark name (Note that you cannot use spaces. Instead, either used mixed case or separate words with an underscore character); 4. To exit the bookmark dialog quickly, just press Alt plus A. I use these all the time for complex legal documents. When you want to return to the bookmark, just press Alt plus I again, navigate to the bookmark name, and press Alt plus G followed by the escape key. This will place you right on the bookmarked location. Use it all the time.
