Perhaps the moderator will take the initiative and unsubscribe the
individual himself so this thread will stop, the number of messages about
this issue are getting to be a bit much.

It's not true that nobody has tried to help Mary unsubscribe from this list.
In fact, I have sent her clear instructions twice, both to her private email
address and to the list, but she persists in sending her request to
