I had to right click that pdf file and choose Save As in order to download
it instead of displaying it in the browser.
With Jaws 9, focus on that link and press the star key on the numpad, and
arrow down to save target as.
You should be able to then download the PDF file.

Subject: trying to get P/DF file with JAWS 10
Hi all,
I am trying to get a particular PDF file from my satellite TV provider,
using Windows XP Home edition and JAWS 10. Here is the web site:
http://www.bell.ca/support/PrsCSrvTv_DTH_Channels.page
Once at the page, click on the following link:
Full channel listing (PDF)
When I click on that link, JAWS goes silent and I don't know what's going
on. I can Route JAWS to PC and cursor up and down, but nothing changes in
that dialogue box even after waiting several minutes.
Can anyone help?
Don
