Adrian, I called FS teck support and the guy walked me through it.  I now have 
7.1 installed on my computer.  Thanks for your help, Judith

  Getting the "finish" button doesn't sound right.  At the FS website, once I 
select the download I want, I click on "save" before the download commences.  
When notified that the download is complete, the option I select is "run."  At 
that point the JAWS installation wizard takes over.

    You got it Roy, according to the about box I never downloaded 7.1 but am 
still using 7.0.  I downloaded it (or thought I was downloading it) from the 
help menue and I thought the download ended when I got the finish button.  
What's going on?
