Hi David,
I think it is. start page guard will prevent the hijacking of your start
page.
I plan to download and toy with it.

Hello,
Before updating to XP Home I used an olde version of start page guard. This
program was very friendly to jaws.
Is there an XP version? The search I did only found:
Latest Version: 2.5
Platform: Windows 9x, ME, NT 4.0, 2K

This program will prevent a web site from changing your start page.
