splitting files with goldwave

I have about 2 or 3 albums I've downloaded that I've been trying to split for
the longest time, and can't figure out for the life of me how to do it. If
anyone on here uses goldwave or anything that is capable of doing this, if you
could please give me some tips on how to go about getting these files split, I
would really appreciate it.
