Thanks Dean. Although I am using IE version 6 I was able to find the temporary Internet files settings and after some experimentation now have it set so pressing the F5 key brings up the current version of the page. Now I can hear what is playing on the XM radio channel I am listening to without a lot of key pressing.

I don't know that setting a hot key will help you, though it isn't hard todo. If you're using Internet Explorer version 7, perhaps you should go intothe options dialog off the gools menu, then hit alt+s for Temporary filesand folder settings, and change the first setting you encounter to force thebrowser to check for new versions every time it loads the page.
