shortcut keys

Good morning friends. I would like to be able to create a shortcut key to a specific Web page. This page is constantly changing and I want to view the current page. I have tried using the Jaws refresh, (insert plus escape), the Windows refresh (F5) and the Windows page reload, (ctrlR) when the page is being viewed but none of these will bring up the current version of the page. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks, Tom
