setting a voice profiles

Hello!! folks:
I've been created many voice profiles for different purposes ,
can i have each one of them has it's individual basics
settings?
for example i've might wish to have a voice profile speaks the
access keys
unless i don't like it to be spoken in others.
hope that's obvious to each other.
any suggest or recommend, that extremely would be appreciated!!!!.
