sentinel system driver

Hi friends,
I looked yesterday at add/remove programs in the control panel and found this:
"sentinel system driver"
I didn't have it before.
What is it?
Do I have to remove it?
I bought a ups hardware and installed its driver but is is called: winpower.
Is there any connection to that?
Any information is greatly appreciated.
