script manager section.

Good afternoon folks, am wondering that how could i use the script
manager function, to educate how to script for specific applacation
item, however, what's the first step of using this certain feature,
please be accurate when answering this question, because of some
people might be understand it as an scripting question, am asking
about the script manager in particularly, hope that's brilliant.
