Hi,

The lack of access to SAP with JFW is well known.

There isn't much that can be done untill the next release of SAP is out
which promises 90% acessability.

There are people working on scripting but it is intensive and I can't
rmember where I last saw the scripting website. I would be interested to
find that page again to find out where things are at.

I awlso was not aware that SAP is accessible to a totally blind user with WE
either.

Those SAP basurds need to be shot but more importantly, the Governments and
organisations that spend millions contracting their junk need to be taken to
task under the ADA or Human rights.

Grrr.

Subject: JAWS with SAP and Business Objects

Hello All:

I have a question that comes from my boss for a client he is working
with. Is there anyone using either SAP and/or Business Objects
successfully with JAWS? The client needs to use both of these packages
in his job, and this is someone who has recently lost much vision and is
going to have to go to using speech output.

The SAP applications appear to be web-based things. However, another
employee who is blind uses SAP with Window-Eyes. As for Business
Objects, it looks a lot like Oracle from what I've been told; I haven't
seen it myself.

If anyone is successfully using one or both of these with JAWS, please
let me know.
