"say all" keystroke on laptop

Hi All

Please what is the keystroke for "say all" on a laptop not to get the Jaws
voice read everything, but a Sappi voice

To state my problem more specific:

I receive stuff in German; then change language with the keystroke control,
windows key and l which brings up a dialogue where I can select German as
the language for the German material.

I have found however that using the Sappi German speaking voice (Steffie in
my case), is nicer.

I seem to have forgotten how I did this before; as far as I can remember,
when using "say all", the German voice started to speak, but now I just get
the German Jaws.

I must have forgotten the correct keystroke?
