Hi again, Mark. First, bring up the JAWS context menu with JAWS KEY +J. Then, go to options. Then go to voices. Then go to voice adjustment. After clicking on voice adjustment, it will ask you for a profile name. All the settings for the program will be saved in this new profile. This is not intuitive. The intuitive thing would be to save this information in the Configuration Manager. But the voice rate does not appear there. It will be different for JAWS11 and previous versions of jaws, so it will be helpful if you tell us which version of JAWS you're running.
