No. This just removes the authorization from the computer and does not send it back to FS.

As for what Chris was referring to, even something like changing a CD
drive will cause the hardware signature to become invalid and require
re-authorization.  (Learned that the hard way when I accidentally
loosened it during an upgrade.)
