ponctuation

hey list i reported before having issues with jaws reading punctuation no matter where i turned it off i called fs and they told me to do a reinstall i did and it seemed to work or so i thought i asked them if it was a registry issue and if i should clean the registry before reinstalling they said no what do you think and if i were to do that would i blow an authorization thanks
