Go to the Tools menu and press enter on the Options entry. Use alt + Tab to get to the Preferences tab in the subsequent dialog box. Press enter on the Email Options button then tab down to the Advanced Email Options button and press enter. Now tab down to the "Suggest names whilst in the To, CC and BCC fields" check box and make sure it is checked. Now Ok your way back out.
