new message, central europe, windows: Disabling Auto Scans in NSW 2005

Hi all,
I use Outlook express to read this and other lists, and a small percentage
of emails begin reading by saying, new message, central european, windows.
Some say another language other than central european, but I would like to
stop Jaws saying that before reading the message.
Jaws is not exactly reading it, as I can't find it in the message anywhere,
but it is announced when the message is opened.
Hopefully there will be a way to turn it off, but I can't find that
anywhere.
Thanks in advance for any advice re stopping this.
