I need to chime in here though it is considerably after the fact..
Remember, any changing to themes will void the current theme, which
could mean that your sound scheme which you've associated with the
current theme will be lost. You need also to go to sounds and audio
devices, and sounds, to re-activate your sound scheme that,
hopefully, you've saved.
If you've not save the sound scheme that you've spent a lot of time
getting just the way you like it, you'll need to re-create it. Then,
save it so if you need to make changes to themes again, it can be
re-associated.

I sent info to the beta team, including the jfw.log file which gets
generated. all that is said is that "there is a problem with your
internet connection etc. ... which there is none at all, e.g. email,
ok, http, ok, ftp, ok, jfw9 updated, ok. so ... that's all I know,
will try and do a "repair," I hope that it changes what is happening here.

I have used Google docs and with the help of another lister, learned that
you need to navigate with the JAWS Curser a lot. I have not had a lot of
luck using the shared documents, but can read them. I have found Google
Groups much easier if that is an option for you. You can still upload files.
