jaws saying imbedded field in microsoft word

I am trying to save an attachment someone sent me and wanted to save it in
my documents, but when it opens up in that window it won't read the very top
and says print view and imbedded something. I put it to normal view but it
still says this imbedded thing when opening the file in documents or word.
Reads fine when just opening the email attachment. Any suggestions?
