MS Word is open in the say all options. Ironicly, in say all jaws reads entire
lines, most of the time. However, when I read it back word by word it doesn't
read the word or words at the end of a line. In other words, say all is not
the problem.

sayall options > sayall?
Which option is active to the sayall in the opened application e.g. ms word,
ms outlook, acrobat reader ...?
