jaws losing focus

Hi,
    I am using jaws 6.1, windows xp, and a site called heritage quest.  
Sometimes I have to do an alt+tab to get back to the site.  If this is called 
'losing focus, then I am losing focus. Could someone tell me if there is some 
setting or settings that I should change to fix it.  Thanks in advance, Chuck
