I was wondering which program it was you were having trouble with because
I'm using a Dell with no problems.

Just curious which one it was.

Jeff,

Is this a new computer?

If not, has this problem been occurring since you've had this computer?

If your answer is yes to either of those questions, my next question then is
this...is it a Dell computer?

Nothing against Dell but they do load a lot of junk on the computer that can
interfere with Jaws.

Jaws tech support struggled to help me for a long time after I had purchased
a new Dell and finally we discovered that if I went to msconfig and began
eliminating some programs in the start up that Dell had installed, then we
finally figured out which one was causing the problem with Jaws.

Just leaving that one program unchecked solved a problem that tech support
and I had struggled with for about two months.

I hope this helps you.

Nancy
