  Hello,

This means that there is an open jaws box and it should be closed before you
can open another one. Sometimes, this is not possible, particularly when jaws
malfunctions. You can do one of two things: end jaws from the task manager or
press the computer power button for about 5 seconds to turn it off and on
again. You can access the windows task manager as follows: alt+ctrl+del,
application tab, then tab to jaws and tab to end task, then exit.
  I hope this helps.

        Hi,

I am currently using jaws 6.0 and windows 2000. For some reasons, when I
tried to hit insert f11 to get to the system tray, jaws says something like
"Unknown script call to list the tasks tray icon". What does this mean?

And also, when I tried to close jaws with insert plus f4, jaws says,
"unloading jaws", but it's actually not unloading. So what am I suppose to do?
Please, can someone please assist me?

    Thanks.
Ps. when I've finished writing this message in outlook express. I've
started doing control to go to the beginning of the e-mail, I hit insert with
the down arrow for jaws to read the whole thing, but it only read the first
word of the first line. How can I resolve these problems please?

    Vy
