No, you needn't pay for a new license of jaws. You have three activations,
so you can install jaws on three different machines. If you need to install
it on more than three, you can always get your activation count reset.

There is no way to transfer your lisence from your old computer to your
new one since the authorization is based on hardware. However you can
authorize that new computer.
