I believe it says "customize ..." Whenever you hear "..." i.e. dot dot dot that 
means you have to press the enter key.
It sounds like you are on the fourth option which allows you to make changes to 
each punctuation character and there are 79 of them.
As I said, an easier option for you depending on how fluent you are in using 
jaws would be to arrow down to the 14th option (synthesizer options and you 
have only four changes for punctuation there--none, some, most or all.
This will affect all punctuation characters equally and is a much less flexible 
option but since you had all punctuation turned on previously, this would 
likely be the easiest option for you.
