jaws 6.10

Hello,
I am having
a couple of problems with jaws 6.10, which I have just installed. 1. It will
not read what I have written back to me successfully in outlook express.
2. It will not read properly in list within windows explorer. If I have msaa
for list view checked, it will not read names. If I don't, it will read names,
but in both cases, I cannot press a letter and have it tell me which part of
the list I am in.
Has anyone else met with these problems, and is there a solution?
