Hi Lisa,
Open your configuration manager b y insert+6 a d press ctrl+shift+d and then
alt+s for user options and press a and you arein the advanced.
tab ther until you find something about msaa if it is checkd, uncheck it and
tab to ok and enter on yes to save your changes and alt+f4 to get out.

I am having
a couple of problems with jaws 6.10, which I have just installed. 1. It
will not read what I have written back to me successfully in outlook express.
2. It will not read properly in list within windows explorer. If I have
msaa for list view checked, it will not read names. If I don't, it will read
names, but in both cases, I cannot press a letter and have it tell me which
part of the list I am in.
Has anyone else met with these problems, and is there a solution?
