jHookLDR.exe crashing

Has anyone had a problem with this file crashing in Windows xp home edition
using JFW 5.1?
It royally screws up jaws to the point where it is pretty much unusable.
It looses focus in everything and it does not read menus, buttons or
webpages.
No matter where I am, if I hit the tab key it says "desktop".
I've been waiting for almost two days for their advanced technical support
to get back too me.
I know it has to do with the video but pass that, I'm clueless.
I did all the things they told me to try, uninstall, repare. Install 6.1,
and reinstall 5.1 and still having the same problem.
Does anyone have any ideas?
