installing Internet Explorer

Hi,
My friend installed IE7 via an automatic update
Now when he clicks the change/remove button, found in add / remove, nothing
happends,
He wants to go back to IE6.
He has tried pressing the space bar, the enter key and the braile routing
keys, nothing happends.
do you have any ideas?
