I did make the adjustments using that startup wizard. I did not know about
that speak at log on option at all. Is that new in version 12?
But I had never seen the speak at startup option. Only the one that has long
been in the basic options to run jaws at startup.
Actually until getting this machine, I had never had a log on screen. I only
have one user and I am it. Maybe I can shut that off as well in my pc settings.

I have at times run JAWS from the system tray.
At present I am not. But that does not seem to effect the change as far as JAWS
speaking when Windows is starting up.
It should not, should it?
