how to add speech synthesizer's with an JAWS

Hello everybody:
am wondering that if some one elss had tried in this:
add another synthesized speech in JAWS, to use them with an say all
feature or otherwise, so , you could manage it as you're own, of
course it shall include another language's wich is supported by
freedomscientific agreement, even those who are using JAWS ten, could
add another synthesizer's in their voice profile.
any suggest, that would be appreciated!!.
