listen, do you here your scanner kicking in?
if yes its probably working, but scanning and performing ocr are 2 seperate
task.
if memory serves me omni page will give you 2 screens, one of the tiff
image and the other of the text version after the scan and ocr process has
been completed.
jfw can not read the tiff image.
you need to 1 make sure your performing ocr, and secondly fter performing
it go into the text view so you can read it.
look in menu for text view.
be sure to maximize once your in it.
hope these tips help, but remember not looked at current version.
also now you no why i just ran it in word, where its super easy to run.
the reason for both views is so sighted folks can see the original and make
corrections.
