Ah, okay.  It just didn't exist yet when I was using Win 98, so I didn't 
know that.  Thanks.  As I said earlier, there are plenty of blind computer 
people who actually use the Google Tool bar, once they learn ways to 
navigate it.  As I said, I learned this from a program in the Main Menu 
archives on the ACB (American Council of the Blind) Radio site, whose link 
is
http://www.acbradio.org/pweb/omptuer

I'm not skilled at navigating through the radio links, so I forget how I 
found the program, but if a person explores this site, they'll find where 
the programs and archives are.

Hi Daniel,

The Google Toolbar works on Internet Explorer, regardless of the Windows
version you are running.  If it is installed, it will be there.
