Well, I'm going to pursue options like Outlook if things continue to be
unmanageable with meetingmaker.
They might bulk at Outlook, though, because of security issues.
I am now working for the National Center For Atmospheric Research in
Boulder, CO, and it is a major research and engineering facility with some
pretty significant security concerns. For example, I wanted to use outlook
express for my e-mail, and internet explorer for my web browser, and they
really bulked at that. That is why I have been struggling of late with
Thunderbird e-mail and Mosilla Firefox, since that is what they prefer us to
use, again for security reasons.
So, the struggle goes on here. Thunderbird e-mail is becoming more doable,
but meetingmaker just seems to be a real bear.
My other approach will be that, if they really insist on meetingmaker, I
simply may have to resort to sighted assistance for scheduling
meetings,conferences, and the like.

I sure don't. But would your employers allow you to use the calendar in
Outlook? It's pretty accessible.

Hello.
Does anyone have any tips or Jaws scripts for meetingmaker? This is a
scheduling and calendar program that I am being asked to use in my new job,
and I am having a great deal of trouble navigating the needed screens with
Jaws 10.0 and Windows XP Pro.
