You might not have WordPerfect, but MS Word probably has a function similar to
WordPerfect's sort. It allows you to reorder a list by a variety of variables,
including alphabetically. You need to separate each item as a paragraph. You
might look at MS Word's help and type in "sort" as your search term.

I would like to start and list of items in which I can gradually add more on
a regular basis. My hope is to be able to have each new item added in
alphabetical order similar to "my documents", so that later I can jump to any
one of them by merely pressing a first letter. Is there a program that allows
one to set up such a list?
My current work-around thought is to do it by using either note pad or word
pad; put a space in the untitled memo, close it, and enter my 20 or 30
character item in the title.
I'd appreciate any thoughts!
