Hi, I checked it out to make sure I remember correctly. When your focus is on 
the first item you wish to select you press the control key while pressing the 
down arrow. When you come to an item you want add to your selection list you 
press control and space and so on. HopI made it plain enough. Of course once 
you have every item selected you want you do the normal control c or x 
depending on whether you want to copy or cut to the clip board.
